Danny is the founder of Talbot Law Group. He grew up in Oklahoma City and attended the University of Central Oklahoma where he earned his BA. He graduated cum laude from Oklahoma City University School of Law in 1998. During law school Danny was a member of Phi Delta Phi, Law Review, Moot Court Board and Honors Board. He served as the Law Review Staff Editor from 1997 to 1998 and was awarded the Oklahoma City University Law Review Board of Editors Award for Outstanding Services.
Danny is a member of the Oklahoma Bar Association and serves on the Board of Directors for the Workers’ Compensation Law Section of the OBA. He is admitted to practice in the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Oklahoma. He is also a member of the Oklahoma Association for Justice, Co-President of Lawyers for Working Oklahomans and the Oklahoma County Bar Association. He holds an AV Preeminent® peer rating from Martindale-Hubbell® for the Highest Level of Professional Excellence.
Prior to establishing the Talbot Law Group, Danny was a partner at Halley, Talbot & Smithton. Danny is married to Marilee, a school teacher in the OKC Public School district, and has three children, Patrick, Ethan, and Hailey.
